TERMS OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT Booking Please send us a message to our contact email address with your personal name, phone number, email address, your desired home and booking period, and the number of adults, kids, and infants in your group. This will let us generate an appropriate price quote for you with the total reservation price and share our banking details with you. Payment In order to book a home and secure your dates in the calendar, a 30% non-refundable advance payment is required through bank transfer within 5 days of receiving the price quote. The remaining balance of 70% is due 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival. In case of reservations that are within 42 days before arrival the full amount is due within 24 hours to book your holiday and is subject to a written confirmation (email) from us that verifies your payments and stay. In case of missing payment deadlines, we may cancel a booking according to the "Reservation cancellation" section if applies. When sending a payment, include your name, your desired home, and booking period in the bank transfer's note. Damage deposit The value of the damage deposit may vary between the listed vacation homes, but in all cases we will inform you in the emails we send you. Damage deposits typically range 200.00–500.00 EUR and are also due 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival, and should be sent in a separate bank transfer to the banking details shared with you. This way it is easier for us to return your damage deposit in full if no damage occurs to the land, the property, or its contents. When sending a payment, include your name, your desired home, and booking period in the bank transfer's note. RESERVATION CANCELLATION A reservation might be cancelled by the guest or us. In case you would like to cancel a booking please let us know by sending an email to our contact email address with the following details: personal name of the person booking, phone number, email address, the booked home, the booking period, and your banking details from where you paid your reservation, so we can return the appropriate amount. Due to expecting and preparing for a guest's reservation, a cancellation fee is charged in case the booking would be cancelled. The cancellation fee is based on the number of days before arrival when we receive the cancellation notification in email (in case of weekends, it is the next working day) and equates to the following: • Notification received at least 42 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation price (the non-refundable deposit) • Notification received between 41-1 days before arrival: 80% of the total reservation price • Notification received on the arrival day or guest does not show up (no show): 100% of the total reservation price CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES By default, arrival and check-in is after 16:00 (4 pm) in the afternoon. Later arrival might be possible, please inquiry about this in email. By default, departure and check-out is until 10:00 (10 am) in the morning. Later check-out is not possible, as time is needed before the next guests' arrival to clean the home so other guests can enjoy the same quality. Thank you for understanding this! NUMBER OF PEOPLE Vacation homes in Croatia are licensed for a certain number of people, therefore only the listed number of persons can stay in the accommodation unit. Children, regardless of their age, are also included within this capacity. NOISE Our homes are located in nice, safe and quiet neighborhoods. Despite this, we cannot guarantee that there will be no noise during a guest's stay, as we cannot control or affect things such as noise from neighbours, traffic, or construction sites. External constructions with heavy noise are not allowed during the high season (in Funtana area), but we still cannot guarantee no noise. PETS Currently we don't host four-legged friends and pets, as we cannot offer the same standard for them for the time being. Therefore no pets are allowed in our listed homes. SWIMMING POOLS Pools are used at your own risk. Children can use the pool only with an adult present. It is strictly forbidden for pets to use the swimming pool. Scheduled cleaning of the pools In order to ensure a better experience in and around the pool, pools may be scheduled to be cleaned from time to time (usually once every week if the pool needs it). This might happen during your stay, and takes roughly 1-2 hours until the pool gets cleaned, during which the pool cannot be used — you can freely use the pool before and after the cleaning. No involvement is needed from your part, so you can do other things while the pool is getting cleaned, and don't necessarily have to be at home at all if you have some programs to do. SECURITY CAMERAS In order to better protect guest's and home owner's property, the homes might be equipped with exterior cameras that record footage. RETURNING GUEST VACATION GIFT CARDS After completing a stay booked at Magni Luxury Rentals, where the accommodation owner would recommend you to other owners, you may receive a gift card that you can use towards your future bookings. We offer you this gift card as a token of our gratitude and to show our appreciation for having you as a valued member of our travel family. What to know about Returning Guest vacation gift cards? • Gift cards and their values are stored as individual discount codes associated with the email address that made the booking. • Discount codes are valid for 3 (three) years after completing your stay, are one-time use only, but can be used for any accommodation at Magni Luxury Rentals. Feel free to try something new! Or just go back another time, why not? • If you wish to reserve a vacation, the dates can be further out than the validity, just make sure you use the discount code while it's valid. • Your next stay may also earn a Returning Guest bonus, which will be attributed to the email address you book with. If that email address already has a previous Returning Guest bonus that you did not use, we will add the bonus to your previous balance and refresh the 3 (three) years validity. • If you want to collect bonuses and then gift them away, just message us and we will help you do that in whole, or help split it up into smaller parts (multiples of €100, min. €100 parts). Just let us know what amounts and email addresses you would like associated with the new gift cards. • Please keep these emails, the documents, and the discount codes safe. Anyone who has access to your codes will be able to use it, and we cannot know for sure if you allowed them to use it or not, so make sure you only share it with people you intend to. How to use the Returning Guest vacation gift cards? When booking an accommodation on MagniLuxuryRentals.com, simply click the “Have a discount code? Click here.” text and a Discount Code field appears where you can type in your discount code. Some homes may ask you to send a lovely message first before booking — in such a case, simply let us know in your message you would like to use your code and we will help you out.
